1 MAIN INGREDIENTS
The main ingredients are set on a local store basis. Raw chicken, vegetables, meat and other ingredients are sourced from local suppliers, and all ingredients are shared and approved before opening.
2 MAIN SAUCE POWDER
There are 20 main sauce powders to be purchased from franchisor. (Can be negotiated with the partner depending on the local conditions)
3 DISTRIBUTION & SUPPLY
Franchisee shall set up the process for importation of raw materials from south korea. Fun & I will continue to strive for better support in any necessary support for franchisees.
4 INVENTORY CONTROLL
FUN&I WILL PROVIDE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR EACH RESTAURANT AND PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE SYSTEM.
5 COMPETITIVE PRICE
FUN&I CONDUCT A RESEARCH ON LOCAL MARKET AND SET COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR EACH RESTAUARNT FOR LOCAL MARKET BASED UPON THE TARGET CUSTOMERS.
